This 5-week VIP Career Coaching package combines (1) executive matching session, (2) interview strategy sessions, (2) mock interviews and a full resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile redo together to create a full body VIP career coaching experience to help establish your presence as a powerful executive player in the job market.
 
The overarching goal with 5 hours of executive coaching and a complete redo of your labor marketing materials from the ground up is to reset your efforts in the job market with the right tools, frameworks, and mindset to achieve success.

Your session will be individually customized to fit your true identity because I use my intuition to steer the session and guide you to your most optimal career path.
 
Each coaching session is recorded on Zoom for 60-minutes each and will be sent back to the client in a recap email with the rewatch link and password.

How the process works in this service:
 
#1) We will do an initial executive matching to identify, clarify, and fully understand your most valuable transferable skills so that you can learn how to sell your labor to the highest bidder with a properly positioned and fully built out career story.
 
#2) After the executive matching, we will gain clarity on the ideal environment and title that fits your interests + experience. I will assess the root of what has been holding you back from success and give you itemized/actionable next steps to take that will finally move you towards a more aligned financial relationship.
 
#3) I will rewrite your resume and cover letter and then rebuild your LinkedIn profile according to the information pulled in our executive matching session.
 
#4) After the documents have been received, we will begin the interview preparation session to learn how you best market, pitch, and position your skills as benefits to companies. Here, you will gain the necessary tools on how to refine your offer suite, attract aligned buyers, and sell them their interests back to them using verbal marketing tactics.
 
#5) Following the first interview preparation session where we redo your responses and understand how to use sales strategies for your labor, we will have 2 mock interviews where you will practice in real time how to incorporate the newly learned responses into career story pitches.
 
#6) The final session of the VIP Career Coaching package is going to be an overview of all the lessons as we close out with final thoughts, salary negotiation strategies, and actionable next steps to keep your momemtum fruitful as you continue navigating the job market under new strategic labor positioning statements and selling abilities.
